  Can anyone recommend an actual doctor in this tiny town. Magruder has the worst!! Er sucks. Seems like everyone is afraid to write a rx for pain. I had surgery on friday morning, was given meds for 3 days then told to fallow up with primary doctor for more and to check the incisions. I go ..he says not sure why they told you to fallow up with me, I don't write for meds. Go back to er or find the surgeon and ask her. Omg are you kidding !?! Told to rest as much as possible. Move as tolerable. Drag myself out because I needed the meds and antibiotics.. for nothing. So ...if anyone could recommend a good family doctor, who is caring and helpful. Please let me know.!!   I have never been to a dermatologist before, and as much time as I spend in the elements (charter captain), I would like to have a skin cancer screen done. Who would the majority of you recommend and where are they located? Thanks in advance.

  PORT CLINTON – Magruder Hospital is having a free skin cancer screening by appointment at 9 a.m. May 15 by calling 419-732-4061. Michelle Bodie from Dermatology Partners will be providing the screening and participants should enter through the outpatient entrance toward the back of the building. Spots on the skin that change in size, shape or color should be seen by a doctor right away. Any unusual sore, lump, blemish, marking or change in the way an area of the skin looks or feels should also be checked by a doctor.
