  I used Serg Stanicky 215-768-2684 last year. He was cheap and so far the roof has held up (although his helper was kind of sloppy). If you're looking for high-end restoration type roofing, Black Sheep is really good and super professional. David Brooks 215-425-5608. I would have used them if I could afford them, but they were out of my budget.
