Rant Alert. My daughter had an appointment at Urban Kutz today for the 1st time. First of all we were left waiting 15 mins with no apology, then when I told the hairdresser what cut to do she didn't seem to understand. She wanted to rehash the 80's haircut she was already giving someone and I reiterated what I wanted. Then 15 minutes later she came back over to me and told me she couldn't cut my daughters hair as 'didn't feel confident'. I wanted my daughter to have a layered bob! Is there any hairdresser in Sandy that can actually cut peoples hair without looking like an extra from an 80's movie? Must I actually go back to London where people are TALENTED and PROFESSIONAL?????
