  Hello All! comments are very interesting. I am sorry for the position you are all in. I work with a bank that does little to no money down. I can help you find a two- three bedroom for approx $1,000.00 plus taxes and insurance. You get a huge tax write off at the end of the year. It is way cheaper then renting.
