Can anyone in the San Antonio Texas area recommend a good reptile veterinarian? My female has looked gravid for a while and she has every other day calcium supplementation without Dthree, twice a month with D3 an alternate week she gets a full vitamin supplement.
1 month old Tube T10, dripper and BID misting. Deep lay bin w/a fern. Screen cage 30x30x20 sub adult. 93-96 basking spot, 79coolest spot. 12 hrs on/off lights. Crickets, some supers, and she's eaten most of my jade plant. Lol
Her hydration has been looking great(pure white urates, good eyes/casque) ...BUT...she looks a little dark and I little less hydrated to me today. Granted she is on the second day of a shed, The third one since I've had her and she does it every three weeks. Seven months old.
She ate today but didn't seem as interested. She also seem to be moving more slowly and cautiously. That could be because she still has shed on her feet?. I know that was bothering her because she sort of shakes each foot like she wanted to get rid of it. 80% humidity peaks at 2xdaily misting with an average of 50 to 60 in between.
I'm wondering if she's finally fixing to go hit the box. I wouldn't mind getting her x-ray to see if she even has eggs or is just fat.
I am waiting next payday to get repashy calcium plus. Crickets Are always got loaded with cricket calcium plus food.
Any veterinarian names and any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance from Dru, Danny, et all. And I haven't had a parasite test done on her yet…
