  ISO: someone with concrete flatwork experience, for possibly multiple small jobs. Hi folks, the Village of Milford has informed several households in my neighborhood, including mine, that repair work needs to be done on the sidewalks, and the household where each repair is located will be responsible for costs. The price they want to charge me (even with their "deal") exceeds my budget. I need to have 2, 6-ft flags replaced. The ground underneath will probably also have to be built up, thanks to tree roots and chipmunks. Cost will also need to include inspection and permits. My next-door neighbor also needs 2, 4-ft flags replaced, and he said if the price is right, he would also be interested in using your services. There is also the potential for other work with other neighbors. As a skilled tradesperson myself, I do not expect anyone to "give away" their experience and expertise, but I am hoping for a more budget-friendly project. If you are interested in giving a quote, please let me know. Thank you :)
