  Hi thought I'd give here a go as a lot of local ppl who could recommend. Iv been having trouble with my back for sometime now, my Ciro says I have a large knot in middle of shoulder & spine. Is causing lots of pain when I'm trying to rest more so. I'm pregnant and not sure what treatments I can & cant have? Any help would be really appreciated.   My mare has chipped the bone in her back leg and has been on box rest for nearly 4months she is now back in te field and starting work. We have noticed she has started dragging her hoof when trotting. Can anyone suggest any particular exercise to help this?? I have had all vets go ahead and no heat in leg when working or after and is not lame. Any body gone thru the rehab of starting work again? Any advice would be much appreciated.
