I used Centrum Travel Kanata 613-592-4144 a few years ago for my train travel from Switzerland to northern Italy. Chances are you will travel through Milan both ways as it is a hub for connections in the north of Italy. The Eurostar will run from Milan to Padova and down to Florence. Enjoy!
