  I have been going to [Thomas Sinnamond](http://www.nanomammoth.com/) at True Love Art Gallery in capitol hill for a few years. He's been tattooing for about 20 years and is really great at minimal stuff. As long as he is working in Seattle I wont be going anywhere else. Completely custom, great bedside manner, great empathy for his clients. Doesn't over do it. The whole shop has great artists and a nice non-pretentious vibe.
