  Folks, I'm in need of a decent sized event space that can hold about 300, has ample parking nearby and is close to pub transit. Doesn't have to be fancy but should at least be warm and dry, have room for a band, and space for a bar. Do you walk by an unrented storefront, know someone with a big photo studio, belong to a theater group with a rehearsal space? Shoot me an email! Will even consider an established bar/hall if the price is right... Must be available on a Saturday in mid November. Anyone?
