About us
Trax is a fitness studio that offers a combination of small classes ( max 10 ) that will suit everyone . We are open Monday - Saturday mixed times( see our up to date timetable pinned to the top of page ) . Also on select times we are offering a creche for a small extra fee of £2.50 per child . The classes consist of Indoor Cycling / Kettlebells, indoor suspension (TRX) Yoga and our Warrior class .Our classes will be ability staggered so everyone should feel comfortable whether a complete beginner or a crazy fitness person. As small grouped classes you will be getting the personal touch without the price tag . Just book your slot pay as you go or a pre payment schemes/ memberships are on offer too for a better rate.
