About us
At All Paws Plus I will care for your pet as if they were my own. In addition to typical pet sitting services, I offer boarding in my home for small dogs (about 40 lbs or less) or pocket pets that have their own habitat. My entire back yard (about 1 acre) is fully fenced and I have a doggie door for the dogs to use while I am home and supervising them. Your dog will be a member of my household while they stay here.
I have a long history of animal care. Growing up I had dogs, cats, goats, rabbits, and many different types of pocket pets. I earned my degree in biology and during college I worked on a farm, interned at a vet and was a founding member of the Equestrian Club at my University.
In my adult life I managed a boarding facility in Norwalk, CT called Best Friends Pet Resort, worked at Bethel Veterinary Hospital and I have been fostering dogs for two different Cavalier King Charles Spaniel rescue groups for 7 years. Among the 40 dogs I have fostered so far, many have had health conditions that I have had to help them cope with or recover from. I am also quite experienced with epileptic dogs.
In caring for your animal I can also administer medications, provide subcutaneous fluids and give injections such as insulin or adequan. Feel free to contact me to discuss your individual pets needs.
