Taylor made it a point to tell he was a military veteran and assured me that the persons that would be doing the work were skilled & experienced in resurfacing pools. He also said he would oversee the work! None of these things happened. The final product looked nothing like the sample because the color I chose was blue, but what I got was blue with streaks and patches of white all over the surface of the pool. I contacted Taylor and he came by and agreed that there were problems. He attempted to correct with acid, but it ate down to the blue. He tried muratic acid several times, but it was all over the pool and didn't work. We both agreed he needed to try something else. He said he'd be back the following day, but he never showed and then he stopped answering my calls. And forget about the 10 warranty he offers, its worthless! I am reminded everyday how I wasted 5K+ on a terrible looking pool. For those of you considering using this company and Taylor, and don't believe my review, I have pictures or better yet, you can stop by and see it for yourself.
