  I used mixologybar.com. they are based out of Baltimore. They have different packages of what they can supply (cups, ice, garnishes, bar shelf etc), but you will save a ton doing BYOB. For a 120 person wedding, we spent a couple hundred in beer, wine, and our signature drink. Mixology was absolutely fantastic....I highly recommend them for BYOB
