About us
4 Paws Animal Rescue provides refuge for homeless dogs and cats on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia.
We are a Non Profit Organisation run entirely by volunteers.
Most of our animals come from council pounds, some are surrendered or abandoned, others are saved from cruel living conditions, sometimes abused or neglected, or have been surrendered by members of the public that can longer care for their pet. All these animals are placed into wonderful foster care until they are responsibly re-homed into permanent, loving families.
4 Paws Animal Rescue runs successfully because of our dedicated team of sponsors, volunteers, supporters and members.
Most of all, 4 Paws Animal Rescue cannot survive without our foster families, these families are ready to take the animals home as they arrive into our care, sharing their lives, loving them unconditionally,training,nursing and rehabilitating them when needed, thus preparing them for adoption.
All 4 Paws animals are vet checked, micro chipped, wormed, flea treated and de-sexed prior top being available for adoption.
