  Gwen A. wrote: Recently had my kitchen floor retiled which ended up being much more complicated than we had originally thought--the original contractor neglected to lay a sub floor below the tiles, which we did not know until the existing floor was demolished. Victor was able to diagnose and fix the problem including moving the appliances and redoing the floor underneath them. I highly recommend him as he knows his stuff, answers every question, explains his rationale, gives accurate estimates, responds to phone calls and texts promptly, arrives on time when he says he is going to be there and is a pleasure to work with. What's more--he is funny. Hope to work with him on a bathroom renovation next.
