  Went to https://www.facebook.com/177134939002233 San Clemente Optometry / Dr. David J. Nota on Del Mar for years until they stopped https://www.facebook.com/638923376134430 taking our insurance. Then switched to Gateway Village Optometry on Pico between Smash Burger and Albertsons by High School. Both were good. Much easier to get in and out of the one on Pico.
