Do any members of this group have any recommendations for Physiotherapists who specialise in ankle injuries in the North West or West Yorks (we are near Colne). The obvious answer is Denise Park I know but it’s a potentially long wait to be seen. It’s not a fell running accident- my 16 year old has fallen from her horse at a jump and got ankle stood on! - but reckon the fell running community probably encounters quite a few ankle injuries

Advice needed please!
I have recently had an operation on my perineal tendon where I have had to have a big chunk of bone and tendon removed. I really need to find a specialist physio to help me with rehab as the surgeon said that it was an extremely rare injury. I have been warned that if I don't rehabilitate properly this time then the tendon will snap and I won't be able to run again. If anyone knows of a specialist running or foot physio preferably in the Manchester/Bolton area I would be extremely grateful.

Blimey Phil, you are missing a great physio in your neck of the woods. John Kirkham from Holcombe active has always sorted me when no one (including athlete matters) can, physio treatment is so personal, but John is brilliant.
Anyone know a good Chiropractor around here I can see about my back?
I've always seen a physio before but they always charge £36, put a heat lamp on you and give it a quick rub whatever you go with.
