An appliance repairman told me to call LG first, even though it is out of warranty by a few months. Without even asking, LG extended my warranty 6 months and will fix it for free. You may want to try contacting their customer service first, just in case they offer to help! If that doesn't work, try Jerry Jenkins at 678-492-8311. He is great - reasonable and honest. He was the one who saved me $$ by suggesting I call LG!

After a huge run around from several Electrolux Authorized repair guys, Jerry showed up, sat on the floor while he ran a load, tightened some loose screws on the door of my very expensive Electrolux washer and voila, no more leaking! Charged me gas money. That was it. 678.492.8311 cell.
