  Monica H. wrote: I first started following LeAnn's Cabinets on Facebook about two years ago. It seems like they did great work. When it was time to do our job, I contacted LeAnn. Her estimate was by far the most expensive estimate, but because her crew paints 5 kitchens a week, I felt more comfortable going with an "experienced" painter. From the very beginning, the communication wasn't great on this project. First, I had to send her several messages to even get her to acknowledge giving me an estimate. Then she failed to tell me what the deposit was. When she did tell me, she said needed a check that day or said she wouldn't hold my date. And it was a Sunday night at 4 p.m. When I put down my deposit, I picked my paint color and told her husband I was replacing my hinges and pulls. When it came time to paint, she would never give me a date or time of pick-up other than Friday or Monday. Finally after chasing her down, she told me Monday between 9 a.m. and Noon - well they showed up at 1 p.m. When they picked up my cabinets, they told me they would call me that night and tell me when they were bringing them back. At this time, I showed her husband my hinges, knobs and pulls. He even took my old ones. Later that night, I never received a call. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I waited. Finally on Wednesday I sent her a message and asked and she replied with tomorrow. Not great communication when you have a full-time job. When they came to paint, they replaced all of my hinges and knobs, but couldn't do my drawer pulls because they didn't have the right drill. Her husband told me he would come back the next week and put the pulls on. The morning he was supposed to come over, I sent him a text and he said he would be by that afternoon, well at 7 p.m. they still weren't there so I texted them and only got a series of hateful texts back that it was never promised and if I wanted them to come back out, I would have to pay another $95. This is after I paid $3,800 for 17 cabinets to be painted. My cabinets look great and I am hoping it stays that way, but the communication of this company is down right horrible.

  Jenna C. wrote: I was so very pleased, I would ire her again 1000 times over. Her responses to me were always so quick. The knowledge her team has is incredible and she walked us thru every step. No surprises and no upcharges. Her company is very positive and exactly what we needed for our project. We have since referred her to several friends at our Church and hired her to paint our daughter's house for her wedding gift. You will be very pleased with LeAnn, she is so easy to work with.
