  Gassane Tailors -- http://www.gassanetailors.com/ -- they are able to do anything. Yes, you have to pay for the work (not cheap) but they can do anything. They redid my sister's prom dress, from a size 16 down to a size 8 and it was lovely.

  I'm not sure your gender, but if you are male I would highly recommend Gassane Tailors (www.gassanetailors.com/). I love them, I love their old school masculine shop, I love their service-oriented attitude, and I love their long history of being the tailor of choice for Texas governors and Presidents. If you are female, I'm not sure they can help you, though it's a great place to meet very good looking, well dressed men with disposable income (not sure how many will be straight though!). Prices are in line with other tailors in the area as far as I've experienced.
