  Didn't the clinic tell you where he moved to? When I called I just asked them and they gave me the new phone number. But anyways, Dan Headington has moved to Core 780-467-4609 , Liberty Place Bldg, unit 100 - 111 Broadway Blvd. I was just there on Tuesday night with GiGi :)
