  We went through Diamond Certified, they list top rated companies. It lists all contractors, businesses, remodeling, floors, electric...all types of businesses. We have the Santa Clara County Directory. I think there's one for Alameda County. You pay a little more, but these are the best of the best, no cutting corners. You can get different appraisals (we had 3) & you are the boss! www.diamondcertified.org
