  Have you tried Expat Salon near Mayakovskaya Station? It's like a 5 min walk. Their front desk always speaks english and translates for you when you get a cut. Guys are 2000P but the first time you get 15% off, I would try them, since you probably want to communicate with your stylist. I would ask if they have a stylist that speaks english as it's easier and your requests won't get lost in translation. http://www.en.expatsalon.ru
