  OK, Boone County..... I'm sure there is someone, somewhere that can do some diagnostics & work on a 1971 VW engine that happens to be the engine on this trike. Might need timing adjusted & probably brakes. Tire Discounters (we use for all our other vehicles) aren't sure if they can or not until we bring it in. Taking it to a VW dealer would probably be way too expensive. Any ideas?
