  I'm looking for a licenced and bonded general contractor. Someone within good reputation of getting things done in a timely manner and sticking to the bids they give. I fully understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly that cost more and that's fine. I just don't want someone known for giving low bids to get jobs then billing for more than they bid.
