The house is all brick on 2 acres at the end of a private road. It has been getting remodeled and updated, which is almost done. Has brand new granite counter top, tile showers, and new hardwood flooring. Also has new carpet being installed next Friday. It is a ranch with no basement and has attached over sized garage. We are motivated to sell Zillows zestimate is $147,632. Would sell without an agent for 130k. Price will go up if I list with an agent to cover their percentage. So if you know a great agent that would be interested in selling it or know someone looking let us know.
