Does anyone have any suggestions for IT band issues? Seem to be able to go varying distances before it blows up, sometimes 4 sometimes 8/10? Trying yoga for flexibility? More lifting to strengthen supporting muscles? Need to be able to runnnn!

Best two options, Julia at Advanced Orthopedics and Sports medicine 732-720-2555, or Tom Ulrich 732-970-1444, they both take care of hundreds of runners, cyclists and triathletes. They have kept me running for years, despite mu poor running genetics
This seems like a good place to find locals who may be able to recommend--an orthopedist who accepts insurance? Thanks for your help. Feel free to post or message me. Apologies if inappropriate.

When Steph broke her ankle a few years back, we used Advanced Orthopedics, tel:732.720.2555. They are in the Pond View Plaza just past the hospital. They accepted horizon's out of network payment as payment in full. It's worth calling and asking. Good luck!
Good evening group... A friend was hit from behind on the gsp while stopped. He went to hospital in ambulance and needed care for back and knee. Any recommendations for a reputable lawyer?

Hi Roberta, Advanced Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute (AOSMI) can help (www.AdvancedOrthoSports.com). They are an excellent group of highly qualified and caring doctors. I know many of them personally and they would take great care of your friend. You can call their office at 732-720-2555 to set up immediate appointment.
Need a knee Dr referral please. I really don't want to cut.
I can still sprint. But I would like to run distance, again. My right knee has other ideas. Thank you.

I know this has been asked and answered before but I need a knee Doctor! Preferably in north jersey but I'll travel for someone good. Looking to stay out of Manhattan though. Thanks in advance!

Need a sports medicine doc referral. I've been dealing with an achy knee for a few months. Never seems to get worse or better despite my changes to training plan. Looking for a great doc preferably one who knows triathletes ("just don't run anymore" not being an acceptable option!).
Anyone have suggestions in Monmouth or even midtown Manhattan?
Thanks!

- Barry Barone: "Sounds like Plantar Fasciitis" How on earth does an 'achy knee' sound like PF?!? Please tell me this is a joke that just went over my head. As for the original inquiry, x10 for Dr Goldberger... http://advancedorthosports.com/professionals/gerardo-goldberger/
