  Doing a very large wedding in August in a field in Brantford, am looking for a Poutine and Grilled cheese company to do late night second meal (snack) around 10:30 PM. Talked to all the usual Poutinerie suspetcs, the big one won't travel to BRANTFORD and the smaller ones are afraid of the numbers. I think at 10:30pm the numbers will have dwindled to maybe 200. Would love to have a couple of trucks roll in to the field, I think it would be cool, and give my chefs/crew a break after 2 days of prep and then 15 hours of prep and service. (in a field) (: We could have the bride pick the specific toppings for the poutine and the types of grilled cheese in advance! anyone? We can do it, I would just rather leave it to the experts ! POUTINE/ GRILLED CHEESE FOOD TRUCKS ARE MY PREFERENCE!
