  Dr. Milne's # is 314-392-5001. He is on N Outer 40 between Timberlake and Chesterfield Parkway. St. Louis Orthopedics. I have heard wonderful things about him. I have gone to him once and am going back on Thursday. I'm pretty sure they have their own PT in that building. Not sure but I can find out for you on Thursday because that is what I have to do too.
