  Jeff, I love my guy - Dr. Brian E. Dubow (of Goldman Dubow Dermatology Group). (310) 855-1160. 8631 W. 3 rd St., LA, CA (just south of the Cedars Sinai complex). Takes insurance, has been easy to schedule appointments, but the parking SUCKS. I always arrive early to attempt to find street parking, but to park in the structure costs around $10-15 depending on time. Good luck!!
