  Can anyone recommend a plumber? Our kitchen sink has been clogging up consistently every couple months. We usually do the work ourselves and unclog it. However this time we can not get it. I've just about given up and want to contact a plumber. However I want somebody who will give me a flat rate so I won't end up with a $600 bill.   Here are two: [Phend Plumbing](http://www.phendplumbing.com/) in Gilbert. Haven't had any plumbing work done by them but know the owner and he's a great guy. I believe he has four employees or so (or maybe four trucks). Four something. [Apple Plumbing](http://www.appleplumbingaz.com/) in Scottsdale. Got extensive work done with them a few years ago and couldn't have been happier. Extremely easy to work with and super flexible.
