  Can anyone recommend an insurance agent in SE Wisconsin to handle homes and cars. Mine completely blew a claim for me (it was a hit and run - no brainer) by sitting on it for months . He claimed by the time he got to it that it was becasue of a 'rouge employee' (which I know not to be true) and that it was too late to pursue.
