Hoping anyone here can make some suggestions for my husband and I. We are trying to find a mortgage company off of good recommendation and experiences. We have a few blemishes on our credit that will need to undergo some underwriting but other than that our income and credit are sound & we qualify for a VA loan. I am just wondering who people have been successful working with in the area and what mortgage companies are understanding that not everyone has a 800 credit score and is able to over look a few minor things. Anyone? Not needing realtor recommendations just mortgage companies.
