  Eileen S. wrote: Poor communication. After 30 days still had zero work completed on project. Kept pushing out our job to take on other jobs. When asked what was going on he offered refund of our deposit. We accepted and 1.5 month later still has not refunded our money. Won't return calls or texts to resolve the matter.
