Spoke to my neighbor about his current fence situation. Was told it looks good on my side and weeds and grass will not go through the gaps. Asked if there was an issue with us or our dogs to put his fences up like that he assisted me no. We offered to pay to have the chainlink taken down and continue the same stockade fence down the property line he firmly said "NO". To put up another fence or to plant arborvitae to hide his fence we would need to cut down our hemlocks. Does anyone/landscapers out there have any other ideas?
