Who does everyone recommend? Expecting this to take at most four hours and I am trying to stick with a $400 budget.

I just used Southern Affordable Movers over the weekend to move into my apartment in Smyrna from Midtown. They charged a flat rate of $295, so there was no calculating for hourly rates or overages.
