  Elena, Mike here from Triton Air. Based on what I'm reading and seeing, to possibly save a repair cost, I would first check to make sure the furnace is getting power. Causes could be furnace unplugged, furnace front panel off, circuit breaker off or tripped. If you haven't had professional maintenance on the system in there past year, it wouldn't be a bad idea to have it checked anyway.
