About us
I have been a Personal Trainer in Armidale since 2001. In that time I have trained many local people. I believe that Personal Training is exactly what it says. A training program should be devised to suit the individual client depending on that client's needs, goals, time availability and physical capabilities. Often times this will include workouts in the weights room which I usually combine with encouraging the client to do their own exercise at other times. Weights room training is not compulsory and some clients may not need to undertake any resistance training.
General Circuit - A weights based circuit class, great for improving your strength and endurance at the same time. Resistance training is proven to increase metabolism. Suitable for all people 12 years and over of any level of fitness.
Reduced Mobility Circuit - A circuit class designed with retirees in mind. No getting up and down from the floor and no really difficult stations. This class also includes leg strengthening and balance exercises to help prevent falls.
Fitness Boxing - Punching and Pad work as well as general fitness. This class feels different because the boxing rounds, although short, are very intense and as a result the workout is quite demanding. Excellent for building fitness!
