I've already done lots of home therapy, had a couple people try to push out the knots (which helps temporarily), and been to the chiropractor (which also helped temporarily). Or you can go to the website www.salonsofvolterra.com click the Lewisville location and it'll give you click the little location and it'll give you the phone numbers for the 3 massage therapist that they have so you can find out who is available today
