  NEED A licensed CONTRACTOR !!!! FREE - Nederland, Texas We have had four people come out to our house to give us a bid, two of them didn't get back with us . We're wanting at least three bids. The two that got back with us had two drastically different bids. All were wanting is a load bearing wall taken down between the kitchen and living area .Please serious contractors only! Someone that will get back to us in a reasonable amount of time and are reasonably priced! TIA.
