  We replaced our furnace and ac about 5 years ago. Died on New Year's Eve. We wanted to stay local so called quite a few to come give us quotes. Southside Heating and AC in Bloomington called us right back and came out on New Year's Day!! They were reasonable, and obviously go above and beyond in customer care. We had a new furnace completely installed on the 3 rd. The other companies: 2 never returned our call. 1 called us 2 weeks later wanting to come give us a quote. Southside: 952-884-2453

  We use Southside heating and air conditioning 952-884-2453 They're in Bloomington. Very reasonable and it's a small business. Replaced our furnace through them 8 years ago and new air conditioner 2 years ago.
