  I use Franktalisha Bradstream from Maricopa Bug Busters. He is local. There is no contract and he is just a really nice person. I just call him whenever I need it. The first time he came, he cleaned my spider webs, and was very good at explaining everything. He is very inexpensive as well. 602.510.1912
