Must be insured, able to offer a warranty, and I'd like just a quote with none of this sit and talk about shingles for 90 minutes stuff that Hansons wants to do. Looking to get this reroofed asap. (Alternately- any companies we should steer clear of?) Edited to add: this isn't a small job, it's 35 square with 3 different pitches.
