Am looking for a pregnancy yoga class. I did it with Anna last time at Virgin Active but I was a member then. Does anyone know if it's still on / days and times? Or if there's another one locally?
Susie R. replied:
Hi Rachel I went to Anna's class too at Virgin it was 9 am on a Saturday and I wasn't a member. I'm a Physio and have just started to teach antenatal and postnatal Pilates in Heaton Mersey on a Monday evening and a Tuesday day. If your interested feel free to take a look at my Facebook page Www.facebook.com/mummiesmatteruk Or send me a message. Susie x
