I don't use anyone in Beachwood but my go-to company of choice for ALL my HVAC & plumbing needs is http://www.ajperri.com They are BBB accredited, EXTREMELY professional, offer warrantees, etc. When we had to replace our HVAC & water heater we had interviewed around 15 companies, had them come to the house, inspect & give estimates. AJ Perri was the only one that answered all my questions, showed me exactly what was wrong, didn't offer to cut corners to save me money (which is really important because if/when something goes wrong they need to be accountable) and they while they were not the cheapest, or the most expensive, they were outstanding in their field. I trust them in my home too, it'san invaluable asset.
