  Utility Pole help Hi, so my sister owns a house in Jersey and recently a utility pole on her property fell due to rot. She wasn't aware that it was hers to begin with as a first time home owner. The electric company said that the pole is hers to replace and such. Can anyone recommend resources and perhaps cost for replacement? Is there a way to dispute ownership too? Advice appreciated!
