Belle avenue’s definition of luxury is not overly expensive services; it is all about convenience! Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
Belle Avenue was created based on the inspiration of a client's experience. We wanted to bring a salon to Oceanside, CA that allows you to escape from everyday routine, where hospitality and customer service is our number one priority! The owner, Fatima Assi came from several years in the management and business background and brings structure and high expectations to the salon where as our salon coordinator Virginia Caceres brings flair and the knowledge of 15 years of being in the salon industry. Together they make a dynamic experience to not only our clients, but also our team. The business open on Valentine's Day Weekend and has been a buzz on social media, yelp, and locally since then, we are truly proud to share Belle Avenue with everyone!
Describe a typical work day for you?
A typical day for Belle Avenue starts the moment we walk in, we greet each other with a smile, pep talk about the day and upcoming appointments, strategies on how to help one another and get our stations ready for our valuable clients. When the client walks in, they are checked in for their appointment by our beautiful front desk manager and shortly after they offered a beverage such as coffee, water, or soda. Then once the client is escorted to there service provider's station, they go through a detailed consultation with them and then the magic begins!
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
We draw inspiration from current fashion and beauty trends, each others experiences and portfolios, as well as our clients diverse personalities.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
Our future clients can reference our very positive Yelp and Google reviews from previously satisfied clients to feel more comfortable about who we are prior to coming in. Even more then this, when they join us at Belle Avenue, we go through several steps before beginning our services to ensure the client is comfortable and that all the needs are being met. Our team is had picked by the owner and the salon coordinator and even tested through one opportunity week to be positive that everyone who is a part of our salon company represents our expectations and values that we promise to our clients. We assure you, you will not be disappointed!
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
Anytime a client leave's genuinely happy and satisfied with their experience at Belle Avenue!
