Hey RVA, looking for recommendations for a nutritionist and a counselor/life coach in biking distance of Carytown If you've had a good experience with a nutritionist and/or counselor, please share your recommendation with me.
I eat a vegan diet for ethical reasons so I'd need a nutritionist that will work with a vegan diet.
No health insurance so a sliding fee scale is ideal, but not necessarily a requirement.
Thank you!

I'm not sure what your fitness/health goals are? I do paleo/keto and I found it's made a world of difference in my health physically and mentally. People think this is not possible while being vegan. I highly suggest you do some reading/research on your own and look into Scott Jurek. He's one of the most famous ultra marathoner's out there and is paleo/no sugar no grains, and vegan for ethical reasons. Here's his bio: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_Jurek I'd recommend looking at this and getting his book (eat and run) even if you are not a runner. http://scottjurek.com/ Dude is vegan and healthy as hell, so I think this would be an awesome place for you to start.
