  Go to dar.org and scroll down to the blue banner, then fill out a Membership Interest Form. That will get your contact info to your state's Membership Chair, who will contact a local chapter on your behalf.

  To find it on dar.org to order, you must log in to www.dar.org members. Click on "Announcements" on the left, scroll down to Continental Congress Announcements and look for "UPDATED: Commemorative 125 th Continental Congress Certificates". That's where I found it a couple weeks ago
